Get Your Cart Ready Sweepstakes: Official Rules

Barney Group Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Barney Bed, 5143 South Royal Atlanta Drive, Tucker, Georgia 30084 ("Sponsor"). Contact: hello@barneybed.com.

The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on Saturday, November 14, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock.

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence if older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi).

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Rhode Island are not eligible to win, and may still enter for early access (Section 10).

Not open to employees, directors and contractors of Sponsor, their immediate families and household members, or any agency involved in the Sweepstakes.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Two ways, with equal standing:

Online: during the Entry Period, on our Black Friday page at barneybed.com/bf, click "Get my cart ready", provide a valid email address and click "Continue", accepting these Official Rules, then add products to your cart at barneybed.com. Your entry is made when you provide your email address, the cart saved to it follows the changes you make to your cart, and a link to your saved cart is emailed to you. An online entry is eligible for the drawing only if it is made before the Entry Period ends and its saved cart holds at least one product at the end of the Entry Period. Entering again with the same email address does not create another entry. Your saved cart at the end of the Entry Period is your entry.

Alternative method (no cart needed): during the Entry Period, email hello@barneybed.com with the subject "Cart Ready entry". Include your full name, email address, state of residence, and a list of the products (with sizes) you would like, up to US$1,000. Each emailed entry counts the same as an online entry.

One entry per person and per email address, by either method. Entries made by automated means, or in excess of the limit, are void.

There are five (5) prizes, each of equal value.

Each prize is the products in the winner's saved cart (or emailed list) at the end of the Entry Period, delivered free by standard delivery to an address in the 48 contiguous states or DC. The winner pays nothing, for the products or the delivery.

Each prize has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of up to US$1,000. That value is the products at the prices shown on barneybed.com at the end of the Entry Period, plus the standard delivery price shown at checkout for that cart. Delivery is US$0 for Barney Bed and BarneyCurl beds in sizes S to LP, $79 per XL bed and $99 per XXL bed.

Where the cart exceeds US$1,000, the winner chooses which items make up the prize.

Total ARV of all prizes: US$5,000. No other prizes are offered. Reserve entries only replace a winner.

Prizes are not transferable. No cash alternative and no substitution by the winner.

If an item is unavailable, Sponsor will supply an equal or better product of the same size, or store credit of equal value.

If a winner bought the same items from Sponsor during the Entry Period, Sponsor will instead refund that purchase up to US$1,000.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

On Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. ET, Sponsor will select five winners and five reserve entries, in order, by computer-generated random selection from all eligible entries. Each entry has an equal chance.

Sponsor's decisions are final.

Winners are notified by email, and by text message where a mobile number was provided, on November 15, 2026.

To claim, a winner must reply by 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, November 22, 2026. Where Sponsor asks, the winner must also sign and return a declaration of eligibility and release by then.

A prize that is not claimed in time, or whose winner is ineligible or cannot be verified, goes to the next reserve entry in order.

If a prize remains unclaimed after the reserves, a redraw is held at 10:00 a.m. ET on Monday, November 23, 2026 by the same method.

Prizes ship within 14 days of a valid claim.

All eligible entrants, including residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Rhode Island, receive early access to Sponsor's Black Friday sale prices from Sunday, November 15 to Wednesday, November 18, 2026. Early access is not a prize of the Sweepstakes and is given equally to every entrant.

Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

Winners' first names and states are published at barneybed.com/cart-ready. For a winners list, email hello@barneybed.com with the subject "Cart Ready winners" by December 31, 2026.

Information you provide is used to run the Sweepstakes and, with the consent you give at entry, for marketing by Sponsor.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

By entering, you release Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim arising from the Sweepstakes or the use of a prize, except where the law does not allow such a release.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures.

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the Sweepstakes or breaks these Official Rules.

If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may modify, suspend or end it and award the prizes from eligible entries received before that point.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is resolved individually, without any class action.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or Google. Entrants release Meta and Google from any liability in connection with it.
