When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, all items that are in stock are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Any order placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders over $300 in contiguous US only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) and does not apply to XL or XXL beds. Orders under $300 will incur a shipping fee of $14.95. XL and XXL beds are excluded from free shipping as they are considered oversized items and will incur an additional shipping fee.
For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, we provide low-rate shipping options.
We also offer low rate international shipping to Canada & Mexico. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We are pleased to cover all duties and taxes for orders destined to Canada and Mexico.

What if my delivery goes missing?
Barney Bed will not be responsible for any missing packages provided we have proof of delivery to the correct address. All of our deliveries are carried out with a proof of delivery photo.
