Longevity
Because this is a biodegradable product, it has a shorter shelf life than plastic bags. We recommend that you use the Scatbags within 12 months of purchasing.
Shipping
Furfy ships in its own parcel, which has its own delivery fee: $19.95 per order in the contiguous US, whatever the order total. Scatbags ship free in the contiguous US on orders over $300; on orders under $300 the shipping fee is $14.95.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories have their own delivery prices, listed on our Shipping page and shown at checkout. Orders to them usually arrive 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, sometimes more.
We also offer international shipping to Canada & Mexico, with delivery prices listed on our Shipping page and shown at checkout. Canada and Mexico orders usually arrive 5 to 10 business days after you order. Please note duties and taxes may apply for orders destined to Canada and Mexico.
All in-stock items are typically dispatched within 2 business days outside of sale periods and usually arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. We use UPS and FedEx for all our orders. Please note: During sale periods, dispatch times may be delayed by up to 10 business days due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience as our team works hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the Item must be unused and the box unopened.
