*Free shipping for orders over $300 applies to the contiguous US only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) and does not apply to XL or XXL beds. Orders under $300 will incur a shipping fee of $14.95.

For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, we provide low-rate shipping options.

We also offer low rate international shipping to Canada & Mexico. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We are pleased to cover all duties and taxes for orders destined to Canada and Mexico.

All in-stock items are typically dispatched within 2 business days outside of sale periods and usually arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. We use UPS and FedEx for all our orders. Please note: During sale periods, dispatch times may be delayed by up to 10 business days due to high order volumes. Warranty

The Furfy is covered by a 12 month limited warranty. This limited warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damages due to rough use.

Furfy offers a money-back guarantee after 30 days of delivery. If you are not happy with the Furfy, you are welcome to send it back to us for a refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
