The Barney Bed cover unzips like a dream with the YKK zipper and is machine washable. Wash at a medium temperature with a mild detergent and hang to dry. Wash with similar colors. Do not use bleach or any harsh chemicals. Do not wash the foam inserts as they are already protected inside the water-resistant lining. Simply wipe them with a wet cloth and mild detergent. If your bed is placed on tiles or wooden flooring, we always recommend that you regularly clean and dry underneath the bed to prevent any condensation occurring. Your dog’s body heat on the cold floor can cause moisture if left for long periods of time. We recommend placing your Barney Bed on a rug to insulate it from the cold flooring.

We offer free shipping within the USA, and low rate international shipping fees to Canada & Mexico. All items that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and generally arrive within 2-4 business days once shipped. We use UPS & FedEx to ship all of our orders.

We offer a 12-month warranty on covers against manufacturing defects only. This limited warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damages due to rough dog use, which includes but is not limited to; excessive scratching, biting, chewing, digging. Please confirm you have the right size before purchasing, you can do this by checking the size tag on the inside of your Barney Bed cover. Returns can only be processed within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note, we only accept unused covers, covers with dog hair will not be accepted for a return.
