When is your Black Friday sale?
Our Black Friday sale opens to everyone on Thursday, November 19th. Save your cart and you get early access four days sooner, from Sunday, November 15th. You can start building your dog’s cart right now to enter.
What is Get Your Cart Ready?
It’s our Black Friday sweepstakes. Fill your cart with anything from the range and save it with your email by 11:59pm Pacific Time on Saturday, November 14. On Sunday, November 15 we draw 5 saved carts, each free up to $1,000 with delivery included, and everyone else who saved a cart shops our Black Friday prices before anyone else. See how it works.
How do I enter?
Entries open at 9am Eastern Time on Tuesday, November 3. Add the products you’d like to your cart, press “Save my cart and enter”, give your email and agree to the Official Rules. We email you to confirm your entry. You can also enter by email, without saving a cart: the Official Rules say how.
Do I need to buy anything?
No. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, a purchase won’t improve your chances, and you don’t need an account.
Who can enter?
Legal residents of the 50 United States and DC who are 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi), with one entry per person and per email address. Read the Official Rules.
Can I change my cart after I’ve saved it?
Yes, until entries close at 11:59pm Pacific Time on Saturday, November 14. Changes you make to your cart on the same phone or computer update your saved cart, and saving again replaces it rather than adding an entry. The cart you have saved when entries close is your entry.
I’ve lost my cart or changed devices. What do I do?
Your cart is saved with your email, and we email you a link to it as soon as you save. Can’t find the email? On our Black Friday page, choose Find my cart and we’ll send the link again. It opens your cart on any phone or computer.
What can I win?
We draw 5 saved carts, each free up to $1,000 including delivery. If your cart comes to $1,000 or less, the whole cart is free. If it comes to more, you choose which items make up your $1,000. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.
When and how is the draw?
At 8am Eastern Time on Sunday, November 15, by computer-generated random selection from every eligible entry, each with an equal chance, with an independent witness. The odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries we receive.
How will I know if I’ve won?
We email the winners on Sunday, November 15, and send a text if you gave us your mobile number. You can also come back to your cart after 9am Eastern Time that day to see which you got. To claim your prize, reply to our email by 11:59pm Pacific Time on Sunday, November 22. We may ask you to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a release.
What if my cart isn’t drawn?
Your cart opens with our Black Friday prices already on, and you can shop them from Sunday, November 15 to Wednesday, November 18, before our sale opens to everyone. We email you the link.
How much is the Black Friday discount?
We reveal our Black Friday prices on Sunday, November 15. Everyone sees the same prices, and you see yours in your cart before you pay.
Does saving my cart hold the stock?
No. Saving a cart doesn’t reserve stock, so popular sizes and colors can sell out before you check out.
Can I buy before the 15th?
Yes, at today’s prices. If your cart is then drawn and you bought the same items from us during the sweepstakes, we refund that purchase, up to $1,000.
