Care Instructions

Wash your blanket on a warm, gentle machine wash. Do not use bleach or any harsh chemicals. Wash with similar colours. Tumble dry on low heat.

Shipping

We offer free shipping within the mainland USA and low-rate shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as low-rate international shipping to Canada and Mexico.

All in-stock items are typically dispatched within 2 business days outside of sale periods and usually arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. We use UPS and FedEx for all our orders.

Please note: During sale periods, dispatch times may be delayed by up to 10 business days due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience as our team works hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on blankets against manufacturing defects only. This warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damages due to rough dog use, which includes but is not limited to; excessive scratching, biting, chewing, digging. Barney Bed will not be responsible for any damages resulting from not following the care instructions. Please see Full Warranty Details on our FAQs page.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. The blanket must be unused, free from dog hair and in brand-new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

I love this dog blanket and hope they add a matching rich brown cover for the barney bed in the future. It washes well and I even started using it over my feet when my dog is on the couch with me
